Questions

What clients ask us first.

Where do you deliver?

South Africa and Malawi. We deliver to your door, farm or project site, and handle the border crossing and clearance into Malawi.

Is there a minimum order?

We don't set one. Factories have their own minimum order quantities, so we look for suppliers whose minimums fit your volume, and combine smaller orders into shared shipments where that saves cost.

How do you charge?

Every quote is itemised: product cost, our sourcing fee, freight, insurance, duties, VAT and delivery. You see the full landed cost before you commit.

How long does it take?

It depends on the product and the market. Sourcing and samples usually take two to four weeks, then production, then sea freight of roughly four to seven weeks to South Africa. Your quote includes a timeline for your specific order.

Can you buy from a supplier I already use?

Yes. We can check that supplier, inspect the goods and handle shipping, customs and delivery. Use the parts of the service you need.

Do you handle large machinery?

Yes. Tractors, irrigation systems and processing lines can be shipped in containers or as break-bulk and delivered to site. Some equipment has extra import requirements, and we check those before you order.

How do I pay a supplier safely?

We only recommend paying a supplier once they have passed our checks, and we link the final payment to a passed inspection wherever possible.

What are you building next?

Tell us what you need. We will come back with suppliers, a landed cost and a timeline.
